Affordable Housing – Sampson High School Housing Complex

The Sampson High School Alumni Housing, Inc. which is owned by the Sampson High School Alumni Association, Inc. was formed in 1992. The Phase I Committee of the Sampson High School Alumni Housing was formed to explore housing in one of the buildings on the Sampson High School Complex. The dream became a reality when the ribbon cutting ceremony was help on September 20, 1999. The renovation was complete and eight classrooms had been transformed into eight apartments and named the Sampson High School Housing Complex. The Housing Complex is located at 701 McKoy Street, Clinton, NC. The Association’s Phase I Housing Complex Committee oversaw the renovation of the classrooms from beginning to end.

Each apartment was designed with a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The apartments are managed by Venture Manor Realty of Clinton, NC. The apartments services to fulfill one of the organization’s missions, which is to provide affordable housing.
