The SHSAA’s Golf Tournament was created solely for the purpose of raising funds in support of scholarships that the organization awards to deserving applicants seeking to pursue post-secondary education. 100% of your financial support will go directly to the SHSAA Scholarship Fund.
The Sampson High School Alumni Association, Inc. is a nonprofit, scholarship-oriented organization with 501(c)(3) IRS Tax-Exempt Status. The Association awarded its first scholarship recipient $500 in 1973. Since then, we have awarded
scholarships to 200+ students. The organization awards at least $14,000 in scholarships annually. We have disbursed over $500,000 in scholarships during the past 52 years.
