The vendor assumes the entire responsibility for any losses, damages and claims due to the vendor activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless SHSAA and the Hotel, its agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses and claims. We do not guarantee how much money you will make or how many will buy. The hotel or SHSAA will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or claims arising from our vendor activity on the Hotel premises except for any claim, loss or damage arising from negligence. Storage space is not available for display materials and for show merchandise.
