Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. once stated, “I have the audacity to believe that people everywhere can have three meals a day for their bodies, education and culture for their minds, and dignity, equality and freedom for their spirits.” Members of the Fayetteville Chapter concur.
The Fayetteville Chapter is a close-knit group of individuals that strives hard each year to encourage and promote high esteem in our youth. We want them to become model citizens and continue the legacy of the Sampson High School Alumni Association. The chapter was established in 1974 by Joyce Johnson Tucker. We have hosted several reunions and has been blessed with the membership of many alumni returning home to live in the Fayetteville area.
