Advertise in the Reunion Journal
The Sampson High School Alumni Association will hold its 54th annual reunion in the Hilton Garden Inn-Raleigh-Cary in Cary, North Carolina from August 7, 2026, to August 9, 2026. Every year the most sought after item at the SHSAA Reunion is the Reunion Journal. The host chapter publishes the annual journal putting their "spin" on this membership favorite. The journals are distributed to all the SHSAA life members and paid national members, registered reunion participants, and sold to friends and family of the SHSAA.
Take advantage of the targeted opportunities available to reach the SHSAA community and supporters.
Your business has an opportunity to share in this scholarship reunion event by purchasing an advertisement in the souvenir booklet. Your investment may reap benefits for years to come. The souvenir booklet is a reunion keepsake of attendees and shared with family and friends.

After payment, email a digital copy of your advertisement to reunion@sampsonalumni.org. Ensure that digital photographs and graphics are in JPG format and have a resolution of at least 300 DPI.
Vendor Opportunities
Showcase your business at the 54th SHSAA Annual Reunion. Gain exposure, connect with new customers, and contribute to the family reunion atmosphere of event. Booth spaces are limited, so reserve your space early!
- Booth space set up time: 7:30 AM
- Booths may be open from Saturday, August 8th from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Booth Fees: 1-Day fee $50.00
- Completed vendor registration forms and fees are due no later than July 1, 2026.
- Cancellations must be received in writing, no later than July 24, 2026.
NOTE: “No refunds” if cancellations is received postmarked after July 10, 2026.
Sponsorship
We are also accepting Business sponsorships of the reunion. Sponsorship of any level represents a highly effective opportunity to position your company as a partner who shares and supports the values of education and community championed by the SHSAA. The names of our sponsors will be prominently listed in the 2026 reunion souvenir booklet. Sponsorship levels of gold and above will receive a complementary ticket to the reunion.
All sponsorship donations are tax deductible. We appreciate all donations!

Become a Patron
We invite you to become a patron in support of this of the SHSAA mission to provide scholarships to deserving students. The names of patrons will be listed in the 2026 reunion souvenir booklet. Each patron is asked to donate $10.00. Patron donations are tax deductible.
